10. You must not create or submit unwanted messages to any Askmeoutnow.com members ("Spam").
11. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Askmeoutnow.com members ("Spam").
12. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
13.You must not, in the use of Askmeoutnow.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Askmeoutnow.com account. While Askmeoutnow.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Askmeoutnow.com cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site. Nonetheless, you may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Askmeoutnow.com service at your own risk.
 
General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Askmeoutnow.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.

4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts for any reason. This may include content that we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. The Askmeoutnow.com service makes it possible to post images, text and other media hosted on Askmeoutnow.com to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged)! However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on Askmeoutnow.com must provide a link back to Askmeoutnow.com.
6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
1. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
2. An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will end your free plan. You will be billed for your first month immediately upon upgrading.
3. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is nonrefundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
5. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
6. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your Account. Askmeoutnow.com does not accept any liability for such loss.
 
Copyright
1. Vancity Networks does not claim ownership of the content you submit or make available for inclusion on Askmeoutnow.com. However, you are granted Vancity Networks a royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s) as applicable for the content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Askmeoutnow.com service.
2. With respect to photos, graphics, or text that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Askmeoutnow.com, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such content on Askmeoutnow.com is solely for the purpose for which such content was submitted or made available for. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such content on Askmeoutnow.com service. It will terminate at the time you remove or Vancity Networks removes such content from the Askmeoutnow.com service. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. By deleting your Askmeoutnow.com account, it will also remove any text and media you have stored in the system.
3. Askmeoutnow.com undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.
